If an 18yr old male in high school living at home is dating a 14yr old girl with her parent consent, can anything be legally done to the males parent if they get in trouble together while out ?

Yes, everyone could be in trouble...it is a crime for the 18 year old to have any sexual contact with anyone younger than 16.
