Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I need advice asap, My grandmother co-signed for a vehicle for me. My Aunt and Uncle found out, asked my grandmother about it. She is denying it. We purchased the vehicle at Ganly ford west. My Uncle and Aunt are blaming me for stealing from my grandmother. I have not. My grandmother has been like my mother. She has helped me ALOT I admit that. She has paid bills for me with her bank account. I have also but with her approval. I have taken money out of her bank account with her approval. Now that my Aunt and Uncle found out my grandma is denying that she was aware. I dont know what to do.

You need to convince your grandmother to admit that she co-signed on this car. You and she did nothing wrong. Are your aunt and uncle threatening some type of legal action. Even if they did pursue this in court they would have a difficult time proving that you did anything wrong.
Feel free to contact me, free of charge, at [email protected] or at 330-447-7634. I would be happy to help in any way that I can. If legal action is commenced you will definitely want to get an attorney.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Have a great day.
