Aggervated asult

My Boyfriend had a aggervated asult. He has 4 month in time served. He got O.Rd out and never went back to court. Now they are trying to get him on a gun speck. Is he aloud to be at our neighbors house with a gun as long as he didnt threten them and they new he was there with a gun. The cops pulled in and saw him standing on there pourch with a gun beside him.

from what you write that it sounds like he was already a convicted felon at the time he was standing on the porch. A convicted felon may not possess a firearm and that would be where the gun charge comes from.
