aggravaded menacing
My child allegedly threatened to shoo kids at school and has been charged with the above offence as a first degree misdameanor. What punishment could he get? And should I get him counsel?

How old is he? Does he have a record? A first degree misdemmeanoe is punishable up to a maximum of 6 mos. Is he innocent of the offense? These quesions must first be answered to decide if it important for him to get lawyer.
