Aggravated Theft/Misuse of a credit card?

I just found out that my sister is being charged with the above offenses, apparently she used her corporate credit card to pay some bills (about $1300.00), she is a single mom in college with no prior record, this happened in ohio. Anyone have any accurate info on what type of punishment she's looking at?

First and foremost she will most likely have to pay back the money and any fines/court costs (restitution). Assuming she can do this, its probably unlikely that she's facing any jail time on account of this being her first offense and also being a productive member of society. She would probably get some probationary terms and/or community service hours. As always, she should consult and retain an attorney to handle this matter as effectively as possible.
