Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
never allowed to plea
i was accuse fof not stopping at stop light... i saw police officer in front of me, stopped, was going to plea not guilty... only thing that was said in court was '20$ plus court costs' said by judge. i didn't say 1 word, nor was given the opporunity to say 1 word about the case.
