Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
ok thanks for answering my question but can my husband go back to court to dismiss the felony 3 case that he know has on him and what type of robbery is it woildn't it be just theft and the the sentence can be drp down and there is video tape footage clearly that it is not my husband commiting the crime he alrealdy went to the appells court and they dismissed the felony 2 robbery so the felony 3 robbery stuck how can he get that off of his reocrd and be free from jail he is inocent
