How to get an appeal...
I would like to know how I get an appeal for my Fiance, who is currently facing three years for something that was able to be prooven to the judge, and he had documentation of his hospital records.

Re: How to get an appeal...
If you want to file an appeal you need to get in touch with an attorney ASAP. Once you have a final appealable order, you only have a limited time to file a notice of appeal. Usually 30 days but it can be less. If you want to talk about it feel free to send me your contact. If your fiance is facing jail or prison when he is not guilty, then you or he will need to move on this. Do not delay!
Good Luck!
