How do I appeal a Judicial Decision for early release/time served in the State of Ohio?

You file an appeal in that county but appealing that decision is harder to win than simply asking for judicial release at another time. The decision itself is hard to appeal because it's in the judge's discretion when to let someone out early. Feel free to call to discuss. 216.952.1990...
