Appealing A Sentence
Is there a specific legal format for an inmate to file an appeal of a sentence in the state of Ohio? If so, could you provide an outline?

Re: Appealing A Sentence
Just use the caption from the case. You can find it on any pleading, it is the top portion. At the bottom right hand side, you will see a brief description of what you are filing. Type in "notice of Appeal'. Then, just below the caption,in the body of the notice, type in 'The defendant, YOUR NAME, hereby notify's this court that he/she wishes to appeal this matter'
