once a person accepts a plea bargain and is sentenced , can he still appeal the sentence for any reason like unfairness on prison term given or anything basically...

The technical answer is "YES" you can appeal even after a guilty plea. The practical answer is "NO". In most circumstances, the guilty plea waives all errors that might otherwise support an appeal.
