Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I was arrested for aggravated menacing. while i was in jail my spouse recieved threating phone calls from the victims mother, sister, and possibly the victim them self. If the court were to subpoena their phone records and found it to be true, would that be enough evidence to have the charges dismissed or reduced?
