In Ohio, you have the right to freedom of speech under the First Amendment to the United States Constitution. But if your speech or actions in speaking creates a problem that rises to the level of disorderly conduct, that might give rise to criminal charges against you.
For example, while you may have the right to call the officer a pig, if the officer is trying to get evidence from a victim of a crime and time is of the essence and you are yelling that he is a pig so that he can't hear his victim telling him what clothing her attacker wore, then you might get charged with disorderly conduct and have those charges stick.
