The subpoena requires her to go. Some judges hold the victim in contempt of court and have them arrested for Trial. It is far better that she have a conversation with the prosecutor so the state can make the right decision on a plea offer. If she changes her story dramatically, she could be charged with false reporting. You cannot be seen at all trying to direct her or to be controlling what she says. That is a new and more serious charge.
