Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

I was arrested on a f5 after officer told me he just wanted to talk get my side then arrested taken to jail sat went or bond hearing next court date was dismissed ? Wasted almost 2 weeks of my time plus lost my job in the process, now found put I was just indicted for the same charge what is going on or next step will they come arrest me again?

Felonies can only be tried in a Court of Common Pleas after a grand jury has indicted the Defendant (you). But they can preliminarily be brought in municipal court to set bond and then they will be "dismissed for indictment" by the municipal court. At that point, the case is transferred over to the Court of Common Pleas where it will go before a grand jury. If the grand jury approves the case to go forward (and it sounds like it was from your description above), they will either send you a summons to appear at court to plead guilty or not guilty and be heard on bond. This is known as your arraignment.

If you don't have money for an attorney, the public defender will represent you at that arraignment.
