Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I was arrested 10 years ago. My record was not expunged.
I was arrested for theft 10 years ago. Two months ago i was fired for having been arrested. There was no trial, no conviction no guilty pleas. How long will this show on my record? How far back can employers look for criminal history?

Often, governmental authorities keep information for upwards of 50 years (maybe longer). You should look into expungement.
