Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I asked this question last week and never received a respnse. My question is I'm a instructor at an apprentice school and was wondering if I send someone home who I believe is drunk am I responable if they should get into an accident?

It would depend on the circumstances but the answer is likely no. If you get sued the other side would have to prove that you knew the person was drunk.
