Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
attempt felony
a friend was charged with attempt felony, he was in a domestic dispute. the other party went to the hospital but was discharged within a few hours. with this charge on him he has a direct indicment. what can he expect

If he has recieved the indictment, he will be arraigned in common pleas court and subject to the possible penalties for that attempted felony. He also has a right to trial, of course.
