Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Attempted Assault???
I was recently in a confrentation where a group of teens and adults were firing multiple firearms into my prop. i politely asked them to stop about 5 min. later as i was walking away they unloaded about 25 shots in my direction which hit trees and ext. by and around me. Theyy were also tresspassing on my property when the shots were fired and i wpuld like to know charges i could bring to them and if so can it be in the form of a lawsiut/sue

YOU DEFINITELY NEED TO CALL YOUR LOCAL COUNTY PROSECUTOR. THAT IS A MAJOR CRIME. RESITITUTION CAN BE PAID TO YOU THROUGH THAT PROCESS.
