Attempted Credit Card Fraud *theft*
my son, was charged with theft of two credit cards, and attempted to use them, hes being charged with, two counts of theft and two counts of recieving stolen property, is it possible for him to get probation, if he has a clean record?

Absolutely he can get probation, but more importantly there are programs he can get into that can avoid ANY conviction whatsoever.
