attempted murder

If someone you tell the man you are having an affair with you think you maybe pregnant and they give you some pills, and tell you they got them from a nurse at the teen pregnacy center, and that they turn your urine blue and that tells you that you are pregnant or not. and they give you 6 pills and tell you you have to take them all for it to be affective, and you take them because they have told you in the process how much they love you and that if you are pregnant, they will take care of you and the baby, and you take them, and it was for you to abort the child if you were.not knowing thats what it was.and you get sick, and dehidrate,and not knowing what they had done to you till someone came to check on you, then the person was called to be asked what they had givin you, and they told the person it was pennyroyal,to give her an abortion.and then you call 911 and they take you in and test you, tell you, you was lucky you didn't wait another 90 minutes and you ould have been dead. can these people that gave you this drug be brought up on charges. and what procedures should i take?

If the fetus was aborted against your will he could be charged with murder and as it relates to you he could be charged with attempted murder or assault. In order to proceed further, you should go to either the police or the prosecutor.
