Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
If an attorney, with the knowledge of his client, denies the right to a trial for a case to be heard can the client and the attorney together change their minds to actually go to trial. I am involved in a case and I want to fight the case in court to prove i am not guilty. At the time trial by jury was waived I wasnt aware the courts were going to give the plaintiff more time to find more evidence.
I asked a similar question earlier but this is worded better.
