Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
bad checks in portsmouth, ohio
Back in 2005 I was charged with felony bad check and have since been placed on pretrial diversion or whatever ohio's equivalent is. I have paid all my restitution and court costs and am way ahead on my probation fees. I was wondering if I could get the charges dropped and thus be off probation if i could get the retailers i wrote teh bad checks to to drop all charges.

Yes, you have a good plan... Your probation and the case as a whole can be expunged by motion only.
