Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
bench warrant
if i have a bench warrant in ohio for failure to report on pay through probation but my reason for not reporting is due to a traveling job will it follow me to texas and prevent me from being able to be bonded for government jobs? also what could follow me and the reprocussions be?

It best to deal with the active warrant sooner rather than later. You should contact the court in which your warrant is out of and see if arrangements can be made. If that does not work, then you might consider hiring an attorney in that county.
