In order to answer that we need to look at the docket of his case. You can do this online When he was sentenced he was given a sentence that included suspended jail time. It is also likely that he was on Post Release Control (PRC) which allows the judge to sentence him up to one half of his original sentence for violating the terms of PRC. He could also be charged with ESCAPE, typically a felony of the third degree which could also add time if convicted.
