Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Who's bike is it?
My cousin stole a credit card from my grandmother with which he bought an expensive bicycle (excess of $500.). He never told her about the bike and never gave her any money for the bike. Who's bike is it legally? The bike is now being held from him. He is threatening to prosecute her for grand theft. Does he have any grounds to prosecute her?

He does not have any legal right to the bike and he could be charged with theft/fraudulent use of a credit card/credit card theft, etc.
