Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
If out on bond and house arrest with electronic monitoring awaiting sentencing on a state of ohio criminal felony drug case with a agreed upon sentence does the judge have to credit me or can i legally get credited the time if they stopped my time on record when my plea was excepted upon release on bond

As the EMHA is part of your bond, the judge is not required to credit that time to your sentence, but he can.
