Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Bond Revoked
My boyfriend was charged with RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY a felony 4. He was out on SOR and had been eligible for the Diversion Program. Today he has a bond hearing and his bond was revoked due to unclean urine for Marijuana. He now has a pretrial hearing this thursday. What will and could happen at this hearing?

There are a number of things that could happen. One, you want the Judge to reconsider your boyfriends bond status and see if he can get out of jail! Two, your boyfriend needs an attorney to represent him, if he can't afford an attorney , the court should appoint an Attorney to represent him. Good luck!
