Bounced Checks
How long do you have to pay back bounced checks before they go to court?

Re: Bounced Checks
The revised code says that you must give a 10 day notice to make good on the check. If at the end of 10 days the person has not made restitution, then the intent for the check is presumed to be fraudulent. Therefore, one must wait at least 10 days before filing charges.
