Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
my boyfriend got arrested for stealing a bike and when he went to court they released him but when he got back to the jail they found a bench warrant for not showing up to court a year ago for fighting because he moved and had no way to get there.
what will his charges be and will he have to go back to jail, if so about how long will he be in jail?

Having no way to get to court is never an excuse. The facts you have stated are not complete enough for me to give you an answer regarding his jail time. (I don't know what the original sentence was.) He needs a lawyer to smooth this out.
