Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
My boyfriend and his attorney asked for the discovery packet and its been two months since they asked and still haven't received anything. Can they dismiss the case?

Not based upon this inaction. The discovery process can take awhile, depending on the type of charge. For example, drug testing can routinely take weeks or months.
