Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
If an Ex- boyfriend use your debit card runs a bill and they been trying to reach until now,sense 2009 and give you three options, and put a warrant out for you what do you do.

If the company that is owed the debt says they are going to put a warrant out for you they are lying. A creditor cannot issue a warrant or have a warrant issued for your arrest.
