Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
my boyfriend is in jail for a p.v. for dirty urine .his case is 4 to 3 yrs old.the charge was for burglary f3 and they sentenced him to 120 days in jail and 1 to 2 yrs of probation .i want to know how much time is he looking at for peeing dirty one time .and he has a job and hasnt caught any new cases
