Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
My boyfriend and his sister has been on ankle monitor for 3 1/2 months now and there is no evidence against the two of them and the people who accused them has not shown up for any of the court hearings and there has been 2 so can judge continue the two of them on ankle monitor?

As long as there is a criminal charge pending against them, the Judge can continue to require that they keep the ankle monitor as a condition of release.
