Breaking & Entering
Can one be charged with b & e if they in fact broke a window to gain entrance but they did not enter the premises. Accomplices did, all juveniles.

Also, what constitutes aggravated robbery F1 as charged by the Eastern District Court of Ohio?

I don't practice law in Ohio. However, the law there may be that since you threw the rock, and the rock entered the building, that is sufficient to charge you with breaking and entering.
You can find the Ohio criminal codes on the internet. So you can look it up as easy as I can.
Since you were part of the crowd you face possible charges for conspiracy, and an accomplice before the fact.
