Brother arrested Friday afternoon, still has not seen a judge
My brother was arrested for improperly handling a firearm in a vehicle in Fulton County. He was arrested on Friday and still has not seen a judge (monday). How long can they hold him without seeing a judge and setting bail?

Since he was formally charged, they can hold him for a reasonable time. Monday is the next business day and is reasonable. Best Regards, Edward DiCato
