Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
brother took charge for brother
my 15 yr old son was charged for aggravated menacing its a mis one he took the charge because his brother just got off probation and he is still on probation his self and didnt want to see his brother have to go back in the system so he said he did the crime. not knowing how much trouble he has his self into.is there anyway to turn this charge around or is he screwed? his brother is willing to say it was him.but the guy that made the statement didnt tell the whole story just what he wanted them to know.he didnt mention he punched my cousins car and threaten to blow her car up he turned it around on my son to keep his own self out of trouble not to mention the guy is 26yrs old that tried to kick my 15yr old and he missed and kicked my cousins side mirror off her car.please help what do we do?
