What is the most common punishment for a Burglary charge. if the burglary happened in the home in which they lived with relatives?

Burglary is a very serious charge. There is no "common punishment". It really depends on the totality of circumstances and the court. Under some circumstances, a person could get up to 8 years in prison for burglary.
