Car Accident
My husband was in a accident in feb. it was never ruled his fault or the other persons but the driver of the other vehicle died we know that her passenger was under the influence of drugs and the driver possibly was but the driver was not wearing her seat belt i just wondered how long they have to press charges against my husband if they do rule he was at fault he was not under the influence of any thing possible tired from working 60 hour that week

There is no bright line rule on how long they have. Chances are you past the danger point, but technically they have about a year to file from the date of the accident.
