Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
is cash gifting illigal or is it legit i no that i can give someone a total oh 10,00 but is cash gifting programs legit or not

In Ohio, it is not illegal to give people cash unless it is going to be used for illegal purposes and it can be shown that you knew it and were intending to profit by those illegal purposes (for instance, you can't give someone 10k to buy marijuana for later resale).
There are IRS reporting requirements on cash gifts, but I can't speak to those since I have very little familiarity with tax law.
