Can you help me?
if you are being chareged with a felony and its you first offence and its a felony 2 is it going to be a direct inditment

There is no way to know whether a criminal charge will be a direct indictment until the indictment is returned. Whether a case is charged as a direct indictment is not dependent upon the level of felony or on whether the defendant has a prior record.
Second degree felonies carry a possible prison term of 8 years and a hefty fine. You absolutley should not try to address this case without an attorney.
