Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
i was charged with a felony 5 for theft at my work place. This was my fist arrest and i have no prior record. whats my chances of probation? or will there be jail time

Your chances for probation would be excellent, if there are no extenuating circumstances. I am making this ststement solely on the limited information you have provided. There are ways to have these charges dismissed and your record cleared. If you were my client I would explore that avenue first, as it leaves you with a clean record.
