Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I have been charged with two M1 charges assault and aggravated trespassing I have one prior conviction 6 years ago do you think I will go to jail for my charges

It mostly depends on the severity of the assault and the court you're in... whether there are any mitigating circumstances or defenses that you might have. You certainly should be having a conversation with a lawyer. Ask him or her that because they're going to have all the facts. With the prior conviction the court could be convinced that you're a violent person, so you will probably need some other people who know you or are familiar with what happened to speak to the prosecutor on your behalf.
