Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I have been charged with "Menacing by Stalking," Ohio revised code Section 2903.211. Am I allowed to interview some of my neighbors in my apartment building to see if they would be willing to testify in court on my behalf. Also,, am I allowed to take pictures of the outside of my accusers apartment as evidence that I can present to the court? My hearing date is 8/5/15 in the Miamisburg, Ohio Municipal Court

If there is a protection order against you from the person who lives in the apartment, going anywhere near it could land you in more trouble with additional charges.
