Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I was charged with obstruction of business because the police felt I was refusing to open the door for them. I was not home will I get convicted of this charge?

If you weren't at home at the time alleged in the complaint, then it's unlikely you would be convicted of this crime. You should retain a competent defense attorney to fight this case for you, as there are particular rules about alleging an alibi defense, and you'll want to be sure those rules are complied with.
