Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I am currently being charged with taking the identity of another, misuse of credit cards, theft and forgery. This stems from an incident involving an elderly person. I have a clean record but was denied doing the Diversion program, since one of the parties said no (there are 3). Am i looking at a jail sentence? Never been in trouble before!

It is a possibility. If these people were in your care it could be worse. It is probationae though.
