Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I was charged with Theft got the record sealed and dismissed like it never happen how can employer still see this on my background

In today's world with so many different web sites collecting court information, it is possible that the company an employer used to do the background check never had it cleared off their system. You would have to take the Judgment Entry sealing your record and provide a copy to the company demanding that they remove it from their system.
