charges
if someone is arrested with a charge of grand theft and has prior convictions and prison time. Can a collection agency for the store send a bill for the stolen merchandise. currently awaiting a court date - what affect will this have on your charges with the court if you would pay the bill? advice - pay bill or await judge's ruling

What's going on in your case? If you owe the money, and intend to plead guilty, pay. If you don't owe the money, and intend to go to trial, don't pay.
