charges showing on your rap sheet

Was wondering when you are charged at the age 18 for a misdemeanor, does this come up when a police station pulls your rap sheet? On these rap sheets does it ALWAYS show all priors? thank you

Assuming that one is convicted of the offense and that the offense occurred after one turned 18 years old, the record of that conviction will always be available on the computer unless the charge has been sealed by the Court. To get the record sealed the defendant must be a "first offender" as defined by the statute and then make application to the Court. Consult an attorney in the community where the conviction took place.
