Child Endangerment and Telephone Harrassment
I pleaded guilty to child endangering and telephone harrassment. The court left me no choice but that or go to trial. I had a public defender. Can you please tell me since this is my first offense in this area what might the sentence be?

If it is your first child end. offense and there is no serious physical harm to the child, it's an M-1 (1st degree misdemeanor). If it is not first offense or child was seriously injured, it could be a felony 2-5. If an M-1, the max sentence is 6months jail and $1000. fine. THAT IS THE MAX and the judge has the option to suspend any jail term imposed and require probation with counseling.
